London Police Service Inaugural Chief’s Gala Appreciation Dinner & Awards Night

Celebrate with our community!

RBC Place London, 300 York Street, London, Ontario

You’re invited to join us at the inaugural London Police Service Chief’s Gala Appreciation Dinner & Awards Night, celebrating policing in our community, with all proceeds supporting Youth Opportunities Unlimited (YOU) and the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).

The event is black-tie optional and is the first of its kind in London, with more than 800 people expected for the evening. This is an excellent opportunity to show appreciation for the people and service that keeps our community safe and vibrant, while supporting two vital local organizations.

Guests will be welcomed with a red-carpet experience, giving way to displays of policing excellence, presentation of awards, guest speakers, entertainment and chef-prepared dining. There will also be a VIP reception for major sponsors.

Making a difference in our community drives the work of London Police Service. Help us support our community as we recognize exceptional people making a positive impact.

We look forward to seeing you at this exciting evening of celebration!

In Support of

Since 1982, Youth Opportunities Unlimited (YOU) has helped lead youth in London and Middlesex County toward success. We believe that investing in youth and strong communities go hand in hand, and we know that many youth need guidance and support to reach their potential.

Approximately 3,600 youth between the ages of 16-30 access the system of supports available at YOU each year. Whether they are in need of basic needs and housing, access to physical, mental or dental health care, or education and employment supports, our services are designed to help youth lead positive lives.

CMHA Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services (TVAMHS) is an integrated mental health and addiction agency providing community-based supports and services to individuals living in London and the counties of Elgin, Middlesex, Oxford and South Huron.

CMHA TVAMHS is one of the largest branches in the national CMHA federation, with more than 650 employees and approximately 300 volunteers, serving communities across three counties with a total population of over 635,000. The organization was established in April 2021 when three organizations (Addiction Services of Thames Valley, CMHA Elgin-Middlesex and CMHA Oxford) united to better serve the mental health and addiction needs of the Thames Valley Region.
